Flexible Automation of Governance Processes with ARIS (738-70E)

Are you managing your business processes to achieve better performance, higher ROI or increase efficiency? Did you already consider the processes of process management? With the knowledge gained during this course, you will be able to boost your Business Process Analysis (BPA) / Business Process Management (BPM) processes without losing the required flexibility in your process design. Business ("non-IT") users will learn how to turn their process documentation in ARIS into executable workflows without programming. This includes modeling flexible dialogs, data and process flows, as well as handling status controls and escalations. Applying this knowledge will enable you to speed up your process management lifecycle while, at the same time, reducing errors.
